Informing the school of your thoughts or feelings with regards to its response 2
Reference
In this case, the parent writes a message in the renrakucho after a teacher calls with an explanation and an apology regarding the subject of concern. The problem has still not been resolved, so although the parent thanks the teacher for the telephone call, she does not thank the school for its response. She expresses her thoughts and feelings, and tries to let the teacher know that while she has trust in the school, she also deeply hopes that something can be done for her child.
By including dates with the renrakucho messages, the messages also serve as a record of when the problem started and how long it has continued.
