Informing the school that your child will be returning to school after being absent because of an illness

If your child has been asked to stay home from school after contracting influenza or another illness, you may write a note to the school to inform them that your child will be returning. You may refer to the portion of the conversation marked with a ☆ if your child's preschool requires any documents from the doctor's office.
